These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of Are You A Pilot? ("the Game"), the website, online accounts, rankings, achievements, support pages, and related services. By using the Game or online services, you agree to these Terms.
Game Access
Are You A Pilot? is provided as a game and online service. Features, rankings, achievements, skins, online services, and seasonal content may change, be updated, or be unavailable from time to time.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password. You must provide accurate account information and may not impersonate another person or use usernames that are abusive, unlawful, misleading, or infringe someone else's rights.
Fair Play
You agree not to:
- Cheat, automate gameplay, manipulate scores, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools.
- Attack, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the Game or services.
- Harass other users or submit offensive, unlawful, or infringing names/content.
- Sell, trade, or transfer accounts, rewards, skins, or progression unless we explicitly allow it.
We may remove leaderboard entries, suspend access, reset progress, or take other reasonable action when we detect cheating, abuse, fraud, security threats, or Terms violations.
Online Rankings and Rewards
Rankings, achievements, drops, skins, unlocks, and rewards are part of the Game experience. They have no cash value unless expressly stated by an official store or platform. We may adjust, remove, or rebalance them to protect the Game, fix bugs, or maintain fair competition.
Steam, Google Play, and Other Platforms
If you access the Game through Steam, Google Play, or another platform, that platform's terms, rules, refund policies, and account systems may also apply. Purchases, refunds, and platform account issues may be handled by the platform where the transaction occurred.
In-App Purchases
The Game may offer optional paid content, such as level access or season skins. On Android, purchases are processed by Google Play Billing; on Steam, by Steam. Prices, taxes, and refunds follow the rules of the store where you bought the content. Purchased content is tied to your player account on that platform and can be restored there. Paid content is a license to use in-game content, not ownership, and has no cash value.
Advertising
The free Android version of the Game may show third-party ads. Ad content is provided by advertising partners and does not represent an endorsement by us. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
Intellectual Property
The Game, website, art, logos, music, code, design, names, and related content are owned by Carlos Fierro, Samhain Studios, or their licensors. You may play the Game for personal entertainment, but you may not copy, sell, redistribute, or create unauthorized commercial uses of the Game or its assets.
User Feedback
If you send feedback, bug reports, ideas, or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve the Game without owing compensation or credit, unless we separately agree otherwise.
Disclaimer
The Game and online services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or available in every region.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions arising from your use of the Game or online services.
Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to online services if required for security, legal compliance, service shutdown, or Terms violations.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the Game, services, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
